Troubleshooting

iCloud sync not appearing? Make sure iCloud is enabled on your Apple device and that both devices are signed into the same Apple account.

Notifications not arriving? Check iPhone notification permissions for Oro in Settings.

Receipt scan not opening? Confirm camera and photo-library permissions are enabled for Oro in Settings.
